Cristan Raz

Founder / CEO

Cristan Raz started RPS to use her skills and philosophies to benefit her clients. Her strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and problem solving allows clients to focus on building their business with peace of mind that nothing is falling through the cracks. At the end of the day, there is a tremendous feeling of joy and accomplishment knowing that she has assisted not only her clients but yours as well!

When Cristan is not busy hard at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and being a large part of a 501c3 non profit she founded, St. Augustine United which, focuses on a different local cause each year to make a difference in her community.

Jessica Gott

VP of Operations

Jessica joined the RPS team in early 2019. Her extensive customer service and legal background made her natural at the services provided by RPS. She oversees nearly all aspects of account and policyholder services.

Jessica has a passion for the environment and is the Volunteer Outreach Coordinator for the Matanzas Riverkeeper when she’s not assisting our DSCs. She also enjoys spending time with her dog, Tiffany

Vicky Danforth

Director of Claims

Vicky Danforth has spent the last 25+ years in the accounting and administrative assistant fields. Working closely with all levels of management she has provided excellent customer service and administrative support to Customers, Vendors and Clients requiring attention to detail, time management, organization and working under time restraints.

Vicky has a full staff that she manages that file claims, make follow up calls, etc.

Vicky loves helping the policy holders with all claims.

Katie Hutson

Director of Pended Dept / Executive Asst to the VP of Operations

Katie was thrilled to join our ever growing team in early August, 2019. Katie has spent 9 years in management in the customer service fields.

She welcomes new challenges with open arms. She loves to dig in to the pended application and get things moving!

When Katie is not working, she is spending her free time going back to school and loving on her furbabies and her nieces and nephews.

Lindsay Dickerson

Administrative Support Specialist

Lindsay joined RPS in July 2020, spending the prior 14 years in the Securities and Insurance industry in Florida and Tennessee. She worked closely with clients, advisors and carriers alike to ensure the absolute best service possible during all phases of an accounts life. Lindsay is so excited to be joining the RPS team and bring her exemplary service knowledge to the policyholders and accounts!

When Lindsay isn’t working, she is spending time with her husband Tom, daughter River and their 2 pit bulls, Hambone and Rylee. As a nature and animal lover, you’ll mostly find Lindsay outside adventuring somewhere!

Becky Prince

Claims Specialist

Becky is excited to join our team and comes to us with over 25 years of medical office experience so, she understands detailed billing, UB04’s, physicians office notes, etc. We are so grateful to have her and she is a huge asset to our team!

When Becky isn’t hard at work her absolute love is her family and her horses! She stays very busy between the both!

Nikki Chard

Administration Services

Nikki is thrilled to re-join our team! Nikki worked with us for quite sometime before jumping off into another adventure but decided Raz Professional Services was where she belongs! We are excited to have her back on the team!

When Nikki isn’t focused on RPS, she loves the beach, her wonderful daughter, Layla and her puppy snuggles!

Suzanne Smith

Claims Specialist

Suzanne has 28 years of experience as a career bookkeeper, many of them as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, working with her own clients for the past 14 years to maintain accurate and efficient financial records and to ensure timely government reporting. Over the course of 12 years, she also managed several church music ministries, organizing programs and teaching up to 125 volunteers each week. She is a certified life coach with well-honed people skills, ensuring that her clients always receive her focused attention and expertise.

Suzanne is very excited to join the RPS team and looks forward to helping all policy holders with their claims no matter how big or small.

In her free time, Suzanne enjoys hiking, singing in the choir, crochet, and chilling with her rescue pup Sparky.

Diana Ogburn

Administrative Services

Diana’s career has always been in the legal field as a paralegal, but is excited to join the RPS team as the Administrative Services Assistant.

Diana is the proud parent of her daughter, a Clemson graduate, and her son, who is currently a sophomore at the University of Alabama. In her spare time, Diana enjoys volunteering in patient care with Hospice, she likes to surf, garden, and spend time with her husband.

Tayri S. Tirado Flores

(bi-lingual) Administrative Support Specialist

Tayri is thrilled to join the Raz Professional Services team! Tayri comes to the team with over 10+ years of customer service and management. A native from Puerto Rico, Tayri moved to Florida to be closer to immediate family.

Tayri is cross trained to handle everything from claims, deduction summaries, account issues, name changes, etc

When Tayri is not busy hard at work for policy holders and accounts, she can often be found at the beach or spending time with family and friends.

Nadia Olsen

Administrative Support Specialist

Nadia joined the RPS team in 2019 with a background in customer service and administrative coordination. Nadia’s past experience make her a perfect fit for her role as a Support Specialist at RPS.

When Nadia’s not working, she enjoys spending time at the beach, or in St. Augustine where she loves taking pictures, eating amazing food, and spending time with her husband.

It’s not optional to use these girls when running a large Aflac team. I’ve trained 3 or 4 admins in my career and to be able to hire out of the gate AFLAC expert admins, has saved me tons of time and money!

Cristan has helped me tremendously with my Aflac business over the last year. I would come home from work everyday needing to reply to emails and submit claims. Now my policyholders know and trust her and can rely on quick updates about their claim status. We sell a promise at Aflac and Cristan is essential now to help deliver this to our customers!! I can’t effectively put into words how vital Cristan’s services have been to my business. As a working mom of a 3 year old, life/work balance is essential to me and Cristan allows me to give more time back to my family. That is something you cannot put a price tag on. The word ”assistant” does not do justice to the value Cristan has brought to my operation. Almost instantly, she became a business partner. My biggest hesitation in doing something like this was the fact, that like most Aflac people, I have built everything from the ground up. In my mind, there was no one else vested enough to give the type of service I would.

6 months into working with Cristan, the antithesis has proven to be true. She has spoiled my accounts and policyholders to the point of being irreplaceable. Not only has my time freed up to focus solely on revenue producing activities, but the portion of my business I am outsourcing to Cristan is running more smoothly than it would if it were in my own hands.

In 6 months there have been 3 of my accounts that have gone as far to demand I give Cristan a raise. Luckily, she settled for a case of wine :)(which come to think of it I still owe her). I have recently nicknamed Cristan God’s cheat code. Because it is not normal for someone to be blessed with the rare combination of sales/customer service talent, along with administrative and organizational expertise.

A perfect display of this rare combination of gifts is the fact that 2 happy accounts have gone as far to give referrals to Cristan, that have since resulted in 2 new groups; both of which were a defined contribution.

That being said, I hesitate to recommend Cristan to the rest of Aflac nation because selfishly I would like to keep her all to myself :). But, God’s cheat code is not meant to be in the hands of only 1 DSC.

Over a year ago, when Cristan and I first came up with the idea of her assisting me with my Aflac business, I had no clue how it would work out. There was simply too much to teach her and I just didn’t have the time to take off and train her on all of the demanding aspects to our business, but after brainstorming for a couple of days, we concocted a plan to spend a day and a half together where I would show her every part of our business. Here is where our ‘Star was born’ and my career was changed forever for the better.

Cristan and her team go above and beyond the call of duty. They are compassionate with our policyholders, responsible with our assets and business partners to all of their DSC’s. They are an irreplaceable part of my business as well as a part of my family. This is what #compassion looks like. My wonderful administration team led by Cristan Raz received a call from a policyholder. The woman is needing help on a claim on a cancer policy for her young son…… The doctor told her that her son has 24-72 hours to live. Not A time for paperwork or sitting on the phone. The information needed for the claim was sent, but buried with some other info sent the same time. The team then says “we’re not getting off of the phone until this claim is paid.”

After remaining on hold and sorting it out they get the policyholder over $20,000 the next day. Unfortunately, that next day is the passing of the child. Going above and beyond the team went as far as to send flowers to the funeral and sign not only their name but the DSCs name as well.

That’s why we do what we do. To help people in their time of need. We send warm regards to the family of the lost and lift our heads up to charge forward to help others that don’t even know they need our help.

Simply put, Cristan and her team ROCKS! I highly recommend!
